Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy covers equipment and services bought from SXM Services.
Equipment
- Contact us as soon as you notice a problem or if you want to return an item. We will tell you whether it is eligible and how to send it back.
- Returned equipment should be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it. Please tell us promptly and keep the packaging.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
SiriusXM plans
SiriusXM plans are billed and managed by SiriusXM under its own terms. Cancellations and refunds of plan fees follow SiriusXM's policy. We will help you contact them.
Installation and support
If an installation visit is cancelled in advance, we will refund any payment for it. Work that has already been done may be charged. If our work does not meet what we agreed, tell us and we will put it right or refund the affected part.
Custom and special orders
Items ordered specially for you may not be returnable. We will tell you before you pay.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
